The website does not use its own profiling, advertising or behavioural analytics technologies. The website is distributed through the infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc. The operation of the infrastructure may involve the generation of logs and the processing of technical information such as the IP address, browser and device type, requested page, date and time, diagnostics and errors. This processing is connected with website delivery, stability and security and is not used by the Controllers for advertising or profiling.
Booking.com and Airbnb are accessible through ordinary external links. Their resources, platforms and booking procedures are not loaded within the website. Cookies and other technologies used by those services may be activated only after the user chooses to visit the external platform and are governed by the relevant provider’s notices.
The contact page contains a map provided by Google Maps. The map is initially blocked and its iframe is not loaded when the page is simply opened. Replacement content and a dedicated control are displayed before activation. A connection with Google is established only after the user’s choice.
When users choose to load Google Maps, Google may receive technical information such as the IP address, device and browser type, visited page and data required to provide the map. Google may also use cookies, identifiers or similar technologies to provide the service, retain preferences, ensure security, personalise the experience and carry out further processing described in its own notices. Related preferences may be managed through the controls provided by Google and through browser settings.
Google Maps is not activated before an explicit choice. The dedicated button informs users that loading the map will establish a connection with Google. Once loaded, the map may be hidden again by removing the iframe from the page. Removing the iframe stops subsequent communications from the map but does not automatically delete any cookies already stored by Google, which may be managed through the browser.
The website does not display a general banner because, before any user choice, it does not activate its own profiling, advertising or analytics technologies and does not load Google Maps. Consent relating to the map is requested directly where the content would appear. If analytics, marketing services, embedded videos, automatically loaded maps or other non-essential technologies are introduced in the future, a consent management system will be implemented before their activation.
Users may control, delete or block cookies and locally stored data through their browser settings. Disabling strictly technical technologies may prevent certain preferences from being saved. Cookies belonging to Google or other external services must be deleted through browser settings or through the controls provided by the relevant provider.
This Cookie Policy will be updated if the technologies, embedded content or services actually used by the website change.
